"The Adventures of Mister Misadventure" is a superhero satire emphasizing over-the-top fight scenes, superhero deconstruction and an exploration of comic book cliché.
"Misadventure" is designed to feed off its own admitted pretension to create a unique homage to creators like Ben Edlund and Erik Larson. What follows is a mixed bag of Brechtian drama, social commentary and offbeat (often slapstick) humor.
