DESCRIPTION
Are you tired of complicated or difficult diets that haven't worked? Are you concerned about heart disease, diabetes or osteoporosis because they "run in the family?"

Growing older is inevitable but the diseases of aging are not. They were uncommon only a hundred years ago. They didn't exist at all back in the Stone Age and not because those hunter-gatherers didn't live long enough.

In Health Secrets of the Stone Age you'll see the world through the eyes of your Stone Age ancestors and learn why nature intended for dieting to fail, which foods will help you to maintain good health, why men lose weight more easily than women do, why children are picky eaters and how to increase your healthspan, not just your lifespan.

The physician-author of Health Secrets of the Stone Age offers practical insights such as:
- Why calcium is not the answer to osteoporosis
- Surprising health benefits of wine and chocolate
- Why today's children have a lower life expectancy than their parents
- Which vitamin supplements are worth taking

Best of all, you will feel better, look better, be stronger and be safer.
