When Cameron Williams is born he stops breathing and is on the brink of death. His parents plead to the Doctor to try anything to give Cameron a chance of life. This leads to a revolutionary new treatment which brings the baby back to life.
As Cameron grows he becomes aware that he is not a normal child but in fact has amazing powers which lead to some very interesting adventures!
