This five session motivational interviewing group intervention has broad application for all corporate, business and agency leadership teams interested in facilitating organizational change. This group intervention provides a process and the opportunity for leadership to effectively and respectfully assist staff in responding to organizational changes in a positive way. It allows for the facilitation and implementation of motivational interviewing strategies within five sessions to assist and enhance staff, “readiness” for change. Note: In this manual, change goal is any organizational change required of staff. The assumption of this writer is staff has already been informed of the required organizational change and leadership is using this manual to elicit and enhance staff “readiness” for change.
