The macabre and bizarre adventure of twin albino Bounty Hunters, Hadley and Bradley Moon, who stalk the shadowy, mean streets of the city in search of a fiend with a dark heart and a darker soul: Quint the Headhunter, who holds the entire city in his deadly and dangerous grip.
