Flare First Edition was a black-and-white title that for the most part reprinted early stories featuring Flare. There were, however, a few new stories. Most of the stories in FFE are available elsewhere. And in this electronic edition, where color versions of stories exist they have been provided in place of the b&w versions. This issue of FFE features the story "The Triumph of Mechanon" (from Champions v2 #7), and the new adventure "The Bride of the Skull" (which has never been reprinted).
