When a young boy is born to a woman in america, right off the bat things start off strange. The parents are startled by this boys behavior, even as a newborn he is obviously different.
The boy proves to be a beacon for strange events and one day at the age of 5 he is visited by strange monks from a foreign land. With not a moment of guilt or doubt the boy leaves his mother and family behind to take up with this group of monks.
What is this boy? Is he messiah, an avatar for good? Or something else more sinister?
