One of the most realistic portrayals of cats that I've read. Biscuit and Lefty are not anthropomorphized at all, and the story covers the sweet and bitter events in their lives and ultimately, it's a celebration of the bond between a pet and its owner.

The art is in an cartoony style that conveys the variety of emotions for the humans and cats very well. I particularly liked the classic dorky cat poses that anyone who has lived with a cat will recognize.
